Once upon a time, in the bustling town of Kathmandu, there lived two inseparable friends named Rabi and Abi. Rabi was a quiet boy with a kind heart, while Abi was known for his outgoing nature and infectious laughter. Despite their differences, they shared an unbreakable bond, forged through countless childhood adventures and shared memories.

Their lives took an unexpected turn when a new girl, named Maya, transferred to their school. Maya was unlike anyone they had ever met - with her bright smile and gentle demeanor, she quickly captured the attention of everyone around her. But it was Abi who caught Maya's eye, and from the moment they met, there was an undeniable spark between them.

As days turned into weeks, Abi and Maya's friendship blossomed into something more. They spent hours talking on the phone, sharing their hopes, dreams, and fears with each other. Abi found himself falling deeply in love with Maya, enchanted by her beauty and grace.

One fateful evening, during a casual hangout at a local café, their friendship took a decisive turn when they played a game of truth or dare. When Abi dared to express his feelings for Maya, he didn't hesitate. With trembling hands and a racing heart, he leaned in and kissed her, sealing their newfound connection with a promise of love.

But their happiness was short-lived, as tragedy struck the town in the form of a devastating earthquake. In the chaos that followed, Maya was tragically killed, leaving Abi and Rabi heartbroken and alone. The loss of Maya was a heavy burden to bear, and Abi struggled to come to terms with the sudden emptiness in his heart.

In his grief, Abi turned to the one thing that reminded him of Maya - a traditional Nepali snack called "Gaaja." Every night, he would wander through the jungle, lost in his thoughts, while munching on the sweet treat. It was during one of these solitary walks that Abi found himself under the watchful gaze of the moon, its silver light casting a haunting glow over the landscape.

"Hmm," Abi muttered to himself, lost in thought as he stared up at the sky. But to his surprise, the moon seemed to speak back, its soft voice echoing in the stillness of the night. "Where is the girl you used to compare me to?" it asked, its words hanging in the air like a whispered secret.

Abi paused, taken aback by the moon's question. Memories of Maya flooded his mind, her laughter ringing in his ears like a distant melody. "She is still more beautiful than you," Abi replied softly, his voice tinged with sadness. "But now she is much more distant than you."

The moon's words lingered in the air, casting a comforting glow over Abi's troubled heart. "But today you look deep in sorrow," the moon observed gently.

Abi sighed, feeling the weight of his pain. "I am in pain," he admitted quietly. The moon offered a wisdom as old as time itself. "There are two types of pain," it said softly. "One that hurts you, and one that changes you."

Abi nodded, feeling the truth of the moon's words. "I feel like I'm losing everything," he confessed. But the moon, ever patient and wise, offered Abi a glimmer of hope. "My son," it said, its voice like a gentle breeze through the trees. "Just remember, trees lose their leaves every year. Yet they still stand tall and wait for better days. Don't lose hope. It's time to be strong and move on."

And as Abi gazed up at the moon, a sense of peace washed over him. At that moment, he knew that he wasn't alone. With the moon as his silent companion, Abi found the strength to face the future, knowing that love, though fleeting, would always remain.
